Offices: All our offices benefit from superior decoration and regular maintenance, making sure that the only worries associated with a DRE Business Centre lease will be associated with your day-to-day business and not the environment. Floor Space: Our Offices range in size from as little as 6 sq.m. to an enormous 298 sq.m. and are available for uses ranging from simple meeting facilities to light commercial uses* (*dependent upon unit.) Ambience: Central facilities, professional atmosphere, dedicated and friendly staff. Ideal for companies who need a permanent office location, with all associated facilities. We are able to provide facilities for all companies from individuals to multi-national companies. Dedicated Receptionist Staff (Excluding Constitutional House): - Companies contract with telephone service providers and install line on to main switch board. All incoming calls can be (if required) answered using your individual company name, by experienced receptionists.* (Where available) Calls are transferred or messages taken, depending upon individual preferences.
